Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp

Aladdin lived with his mother in a small city home. One day, a smiling stranger claimed to be his uncle. He promised Aladdin treasure beyond the hills.
Because Aladdin trusted him, they walked between two quiet mountains. The stranger lit incense, opened a stone doorway, and placed a small ring on Aladdin’s finger. Aladdin whispered, “Courage, heart, and one small step.”
Inside, Aladdin found a dusty lamp among glittering jewel trees. At the doorway, he asked the stranger to pull him out. The stranger demanded the lamp first, but Aladdin wanted to climb out before handing it over. Angry, the stranger sealed him inside.
Aladdin touched the small ring on his finger. “Courage, heart, and one small step,” he said. A gentle genie carried him safely home.
At home, Aladdin’s mother rubbed the dusty lamp clean. The genie appeared and brought warm bread and soup. Aladdin promised to use the lamp carefully.
Years passed, and Aladdin became thoughtful and generous. Then he met Princess Badroulboudour in the palace garden. They spoke kindly and wished to marry.
To request the marriage, Aladdin sent the sultan shining cave jewels. The sultan admired Aladdin’s generous heart. He gladly welcomed Aladdin into the family.
Next, the genie built a beautiful palace for the couple. Aladdin and the princess married there beneath glowing lanterns. Their families celebrated together.
While Aladdin traveled, the false uncle returned in disguise. He offered new lamps for old ones. Unaware of the magic, the princess traded Aladdin’s lamp.
With the lamp, the magician moved the palace far away. Aladdin returned and found only empty ground. He rubbed his magic ring, saying, "Courage, heart, and one small step."
The gentle genie flew Aladdin over the mountains to the faraway palace. From a window, the princess saw him and waved with joy.
Inside, the princess served the magician tea that made him sleep. Aladdin quietly recovered the lamp. At his request, the genie carried their palace home.
That night, Aladdin and the princess watched moonlight fill their safe home. A careful heart protects what matters.
